Based in Beijing

Directly reporting to AFE Group HQ in Montrouge (Paris) – France : Group Finance MD
Functionally and respectively reports to both Finance & Administration Directors of AFE METAL and CRONITE TECHNOLOGIES branches.

Responsibilities:

•        Manage all the financial issues of the entire China operations
•        Ensure compliances with AFE Group GAAP as well as with Chinese requirements
•        Lead the financial control activities
•        Drive all necessary investigations to meet Internal Control compliances
•        Ensure TIMELY and ACCURATE financial and management reports
•        Ensure the operations meet the corporate reporting requirement and comply with legal, regulatory and generally accepted accounting practice
•        Establish the monthly reporting system
•        Build up financial forecasting system
•        Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget
•        Ensure credit management and report on Risks management
•        Manage, control and coordinate local Finance staffs

Requirements:

•        University degree in Finance or Accounting , certified Accountant level (International GAAP), US or European MBA is preferred
•        ESC options finance + DESCF is preferred
•        Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
•        Strong analytical skills and strong people management skills
•        Autonomous, reliable, rigorous and strong curiosity
•        Fully fluent in Chinese (Mandarin : native tongue or over 15 years of daily pratice) + English with excellent reading, writing & oral, French is a big plus
•        10 years Finance & Admin Director in Mid-size international industrial companies, or Financial Controller experience in Multinational manufacturing industry
